I thoroughly enjoyed the room with a queen size bed, the bed was comfortable. The hotel's position was comfortable and handy, very close to the Three Sisters, Lilianfels and An FANTASTIC INDIAN RESTAURANT IN EASY WALKING DISTANCE and the tourist haunts such as The Three Sisters. Also, the property was 1 mile away from Three Sisters Cable Car.

The location of the hotel was very central, really close to all Katoomba has to offer the shops on one side and all major attractions and main town & echo point. The breakfast was lovely and amazing, such variety, with Aussie bacon and both cereal. The service was exceptional, including a quick check-in.

The room I booked was kept warm with individual aircon and available with a very comfortable bed.

The rooms are nicely decorated with bright bathrooms and have a classic interior. Nice touch to have tea/coffee, coffee, and a lounge. The hotel boasts central location in a Katoomba garden.

Genuinely friendly and outstandingly accommodating staff, everything fairly clean.

Nice swimming pool and particularly good and absolutely perfect location next to the main shops, Echo Point, Katoomba main street and railway station and a great cafe. Breakfast with bacon, un-drinkable lukewarm coffee.

A lounge and a new carpet in the room, great and unbeatable location. Continental breakfast with gorgeous selection.

The hotel offers lovely and amazing meal in the morning with both cereal and scrambled eggs and Aussie bacon.

We had a great 3-night stay at Hotel Blue & Conference Centre. The staff went out of their way to help us and the hotel has maintained the charm of yesteryears. The location was perfect, with an easy walk to the shops and a bus stop right at the front door. We also enjoyed a delicious meal in the hotel dining room. The hot breakfast served each morning was wonderful. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Fairly clean and cool place with kind staff with the wonderful service given from the staff. Location very close to shops, cafe and The Three Sisters, the shopping areas and the tourist areas of Katoomba and both the train station and echo point. Also, close to the town where the restaurants were

Hotel Staff were really friendly and the parlour and guest lounge was very cosy by the fire. Great winter retreat.

Desperate need of renovation in the rooms, we asked to move from the first room as it appeared grimey. Hotel indoor pool was not heated and it wasn't clear this was the case upon booking.

We were delighted with our stay here. This place is located in the heart of town and it's just a short walk to the nearby attractions. The room was comfortable and well-equipped with everything we needed, including ironing facilities and a sitting area with a dining table. We appreciated the free toiletries and the washing machine and dryer that were provided. The staff were friendly and very helpful and they responded to our requests promptly. We particularly enjoyed the leisure room and the outdoor dining area.

The units are exceptionally comfortable with the most comfy beds ever. The staff are amazing and ready to help if you need anything...

Enjoyed my very pleasant stay for 3 nights over Easter 2015. Overall it was a nice size and well-kept with 2 beds on whotif. Tea/coffee, coffee, and a hair dryer in the room were useful. The location was perfect, adjacent to the train station, town centre, Echo Point and restaurants, The Three Sisters and Echo Point and Katoomba for a business meeting.

Got queen room with 2 beds on whotif as expected, thoroughly enjoyed it. The pool area was nice and the location was comfortable and handy, near to the hill, and the shops.

Its location is easy & perfect, close to the Three Sisters Walk and Echo Point as well as footpath. The units were a nice size in twin bedroom. The staff is outstandingly helpful, caring.
